Ivannacooks’ recipe of strawberry cheesecake: no sugar and no flour

Hello, everyone!

A healthy lifestyle is great but when it comes to desserts, it is not always that easy. Most of the desserts have a lot of sugar and flour in it. Nowadays, we laugh at that story, but I understand those who are just starting to bake and are not sure what to do.

If you have any fruits or just apples that maybe doesn’t look so nice, don’t throw away them but use for this simple apple pie. Continue reading

In 1814 on 17th May the Constitution of Norway was signed, and from that time 17th of May is the National Day of Norway. There are different types of parades, starting with kids from kinder garden, and finishing with Russ parade. Kids are allowed to eat as much ice-cream and sausages as they want (no ice-cream limits just on this day). In addition to many different traditions, there is also a traditional food that should be on your table. Continue reading

Hello, everyone!

Everyone at least once in his/her life has a question to answer: “What else can I make for breakfast?”. In Norway, people like to eat waffles with brown cheese, jam, and sour cream, but sometimes you want to try something new.

Last year, I have traveled to Belgium, and when I saw Belgium waffles in one of the street stores, I was so amazed by the variety of combinations. Of course, I couldn’t try them all, but I was dreaming of finding a way to do it in the future. I started looking for different recipes, testing them out until I found a recipe that I will share today with you.

The taste of the waffles reminded me a lot that taste from Belgium Continue reading
