Hello, everyone!
I can say that chicken is my most favourite meat among all. I tried so many different recipes until I found one important detail – my secret. What is the secret, I will tell you a bit later.
Note: You can serve this chicken with rice, pasta or eat it with salad.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast or meat from chicken legs – 300 grams
- Onion – 1 big or 2 smaller
- Basil – 30 grams of dried (fresh one even better – 2 tablespoons after you cut it)
- Dried Rosemary – 2 grams or ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- Black pepper
We can start cooking
Cut onion and chicken as it shown on the pictures. Warm up frying pan and add vegetable oil to it. Add to the frying pan chicken first, add rosemary and basil (my main secret is using this amount of basil gives the chicken an incredible taste) and fry the chicken for 1 minute at high temperature. Keep stirring it all the time

Then reduce the temperature to the medium and add the onion. Add salt and pepper as you like and continue frying and stirring chicken and onion.

In the process
Fry chicken for 10-15 minutes and it is done! So simple is that!
You can serve this chicken with rice, pasta or eat it with salad.
