Spring is almost here (yeah, it is spring in the calendar but not outdoors). In Norway, we especially are looking forward to this time. We start getting more sun, longer days and still have a lot of snow (if you like skiing- this is a perfect time to visit Norway). Every week I am looking for some interesting recipes that are simple in my point of view. Sometimes I can overthink and make everything for the scratch. Of course it makes a difference, but in reality we want to be able to make something fast and delicious. It has been a while since I have shared with you some dessert recipe and there is a reason why. Currently, I am focusing very much on my diet – especially regarding limiting the amount of sugar and flour. So, I was thinking of a need to develop a fresh summer dessert that will be healthy.
